I don't have an answer for you but just a little something to add, particularly with St. Patty's day right around the corner. Back many years ago, around the time that the movie "Braveheart" took place, the highland pipes and Irish pipes (known as bag pipes today) were made illegal by the British. The reason was because the purpose of these instruments was to lead the worriors to battle. The sound of those instruments really fired up the masses. Even today, just hearing the sound of the drones does something to this Irishman. Add a couple of pints of Guinness, look out.
