My interpretation was "c", no word in particular, but you're not really photofocusing for the super reading, it's all Accelerated Learning State (the tangerine thing).
I could be wrong - I've sometimes suspected my super reading technique to be less efficient than I'd like, and I usually have to compensate with another pass.
