I have to agree that the pace of the information flow is more than a bit slow for me. I'm sure that all the information I need could be put on one tape, two tops. However, I didn't pay for the custom built course. I got the one that was designed to maximize the likelihood that it would work for everyone that tries it. There are lots and lots and lots of little descriptions of road blocks you may erect on your road to PR and the accompanying tips on how to deal with them. So for those one of two gems that I will need, I'm willing to listen to all the tapes, since I might not make it to PR without those two precious gems.
The syrup I have the hardest trouble with is RELAX. By the second time Paul says RELAX I start yawning and I've got to hold out for another 90 seconds of greater relaxation, sheeesh.
But my intent is to do as I'm told, tangerine an all. I have strong belief in my capabilities, I just need to tap them. So for now I'll following the plumbing instructions of someone who has done the installation before.
