Schools do not acknoledge PhotoReading, because of their system. They've been teaching the same things for centuries now, and they're not about to let in their closed minds to something that they think is skeptical.
If it's worth buying?! There have been people anywhere from missing one eye, to being 9 years old that have learned this. It works, rest assured. Just take it from the people on this board.
LSC only gets so much money to put it to "other countries." Know why? Because there's too many people like you. 
You should be able to answer your own questions just by your mindset. No offense at all, but just sayin'.
