no offense... (im just confused)

I am wondering about the popularity/effectivity of Photoreading. If it is really 'That' good, why don't many people know about it (None of my friends know about Photoreading)? Why don't (many) schools use this material? Why doesn't the company offer this product in more languages and introduce this product to more countries? I believe the photoreading has been invented for several years, but how could I know if the product is worth buying?

Thanks~!

Schools do not acknoledge PhotoReading, because of their system. They've been teaching the same things for centuries now, and they're not about to let in their closed minds to something that they think is skeptical.

If it's worth buying?! There have been people anywhere from missing one eye, to being 9 years old that have learned this. It works, rest assured. Just take it from the people on this board.

LSC only gets so much money to put it to "other countries." Know why? Because there's too many people like you. You should be able to answer your own questions just by your mindset. No offense at all, but just sayin'.

Popularity of a product isn't an accurate measurement of effectiveness.

Look at how many people bought phen-fen and Ford Pintos.

Just because something is better, doesn't mean it'll catch on.

I mean, Betamax is technically superior to VHS, and look which one took off; hell, most people don't even remember what a Betamax is anymore.

It happens a lot in the consumer world.

The system works very well.

Let's put it this way: none of my friends heard about Photoreading, either...and now I can read faster than any of them =)

kuade,

As someone who has been trying to learn photoreading for a couple of months, and has yet to see it work for me, let me add my two cents. The reason why I bought the program was the promise of reading faster, and the guarantee. If you buy the program from LSC, they offer a 30 day guarantee that can be extended to 6 months. Although, I haven't gotten it to work for me yet, I am confident that it can work. If you scan some of the postings, there are many posts from folks who had no success for a long time, then it just started to work.

Browse the older posts here to set proper expectations and know that there is work involved to learn it. The infomercial can be misleading and there is a radio spot I've heard that is incredibly misleading.

Bottom line is that I see this course as near no risk, so I decided to give it a try.

Michael

You seem happy with you answers, but I'm in the mood to add to what has already been said.

Why isn't it more popular? Why hasn't something this fantastic swept the glode? For the matter, why isn't everyone already an Evelyn Wood graduate?

I think the answer come from a two sides of the same coin. The people trying it are not running away screaming what a Marvelous Wonder it is, and that's because a lot of people just don't succeed. LSC tells you what you CAN achieve if you learn the system. You must learn the system. As with most things valuable you must pay for it. In this case it a significant amount of time, commitment, and faith.

BTW, I'm not yet a graduate of the system but I haven't dropped out either. Okay, I did skip a term or two but I'm back.
