I have not participated in a seminar but from previous posts on this topic I believe that you do not get both the seminar and the home course with the seminar fee.
However if I have it correct you do get a discount off the home course tape set through the seminar if you wish to purchase.
They also have discounts and sales on other programs as well from what I have read in previous posts.
If I am wrong I am sure someone will correct me.
