You are a step closer to lucid dreams... vivid dreams in themselves are great. I've been having great dream recall and vivid dreams since taking the Silva Mind Control course in 1990.
I've had 4 lucid dreams in the space of 5 days last week unexpected and even more lucid than ever before.(thanks to the memory supercharger tape) 360 degree view and clarity of colour (aussie spelling). As suspected upon awaking they were precognition dreams. Warnings. 2 days after the last dream the content came true fortunately because of the dreams I was able to react to the event in a calmer manner. Having already done a full assessment of the situation in my dreams and in my dreams tried to correct the event.
I had and OBE following the event, followed by another lucid dream. Funny how you mind trys to prepare you for something hey?
