You'll be good. Congratulations on good eyesight...as a kid who grew up with horrendous eyesight, people like you (20/15 vision)were pinnacles of superhumans to me. =)
In any case, a blip page is the "page" you get in the middle of a book when you photofocus (use magic eye vision) on it.
For a better example, do the floating sausage trick: point your two index fingers toward each other and place them in front of your eyes, leaving about a half 1/2 inch apart. Like this:
Position your hands about 5 inches away from your face, and look at a wall past them. You should have a small overlap of index finger images, resulting in a "floating sausage", like this:
That "sausage" is the equivalent to a blip page, when you use photofocus (magic eye vision) on a book.
