Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer Another question : activating?

I'm going to take a Photoreading seminar. I wonder what a Photoreader does while activating. I mean when you have photoreaded the book, and you have to activate it..what do you do while activating? you just sit down, close your eyes and start to asking yourself question and so on until you remember what you've readed?
