When I first started, I got all kinds of frustrated at turning the pages during the photoreading step. I was so conscious od 2 seconds, flip. Each time pages stuck together, I was loose focus. What helped me is not caring how long it took to flip the page. I stayed much more relaxed. If it took ten seconds to flip a page because they stuck together, so be it. If they stuck together, and I flipped more than one page at a time, oh well I'll get that missed page on the second pass.
