Hi!

I have read the book now, or at least most of it, and I have a question about the tangerine technique.

Should the tangerine technique be used for previewing primarily or when PhotoReading as well? My interpretation of the book is that the tangerine technique should be udes primarily for previewing and that the accelerative learnings state should be accomplished with the technique described in pages 41-42. Is that right?

Best regards,

You can use the tangarine methode the entire time or just during photoreading. You really should use it during the photoreading stage.

Thanks for your reply! Should I use both the tangerine technique and the relaxation technique descibed in pages 41 and 42 before PhotoReading then?

Best regards,

The "3-2-1 Relaxation process" is used only during the PhotoReading step.

Otherwise, use the Tangerine Technique during the other steps.
