Hel, Thanks for your insight. It's what i was thinking as well, but not in any technical terms. It's heartening to read what you have written. Thanks for taking the time to shine some light on my dyslexia.

Mike, absolutely, h/s will speak to your issues and enable you to resolve them quickly IF you just release whatever comes up. Don't waste too much time analyzing stuff. If you start to get irritated and short w/ people, just go find a quiet spot and release it via visualization or w/ your breath or via focusing where you feel stuff in your body.

I'm so glad you have decided to give PhRing a second chance. I think many people who find a lack of success w/ PhRing are people who are afraid in some way of their total potential. This fits you. Others see you as bright and you see yourself as average and not up to par w/ your program peers.

One nice thing is Bill's GAP management article in MindChatter. Use your IDEAL as a stimulus to push you onward. But, a IDEAL, like the horizon, is unreachable. It's only used to motivate us.

What you want to do is when you want to access your progress-----LOOK BACK to where you started. So, don't compare yourself to your program peers. Rather, compare yourself to where you were when you started. Progress? I'll bet you can see progress. Then after looking at your progress, take some time to CELELBRATE yourself and your success.
