Hey Everyone!

Just thought I'd share a little spontaneous activation story with you all.

I just finished a 12 person jury trial last week and once again the PWMS passed the test!

I was up against a particularly nasty criminal defense attorney who loves to object to everything I try to do.

Well, I had photoread the annotated version of the evidence code. And, each and every time he objected I was able to easily respond and have his objection overruled by the judge.

Not only was I able to convict the defendant of his crime, I had also established enough credibility with the jury that they only took 30 minutes to come back with the verdict. More importantly, the minimum sentence for this guy is 20 years hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence with a maximum of 49.5 years hard labor.

How's that for having the jury trust me enough not to hesitate.

Just thought I'd share about how I TRULY do USE THE SYSTEM!

Good luck, and

Excellent example of how information influences communication effectiveness. Nonverbal congruence, internal confidence, access to specific knowledge, and behavioral proficiency are all available benefits.

We have a lot of lawyers inquire if PhotoReading can help...your story is classic. Thanks for sharing it.

Just send'em to me Paul.

There's a special strategy for how lawyer's should try using the system for the practice of law that makes it immediately relevant.

Good luck, and...
