Thank you, Grant. Rather than oversimplifying, you have perhaps cut to the heart of the problem--i.e. significant trauma. I would love to believe that those horrific experiences can be brushed aside, overridden, bypassed or transcended--and have searched high and low for techniques which would accomplish this--but perhaps some form of "trauma release" is necessary.

I was discouraged to see how long (they talk in terms of months and years) Centerpointe technology might take to make significant change, but let's face it: I've been looking for instant results for over 30 years.

I do wish there were a less expensive alternative. And it does seem rather daunting, if not downright suspicious, that CP doles their program out in 12 (expensive) "levels." Reminds me of so many other technologies I have looked at, where you pay and pay and pay to get the "full benefits." But I am looking for results...

Perhaps Brian649 will, as you said, have some less expensive solutions. I will ask.
