no, you don't need to take a class on meditating

just assimilate all the PhRing steps and practice them for real...meaning, not in your head but in real-time

even after so many years of PhRing, i still practice peripheral vision, tangerine, 3-f and anchoring.... in the beginning i practiced to learn it all and get it down Now i do it b/c it's a good feeling and i have experienced deeper more all-inclusive learning skills

Some people no doubt stop after achieving a proficient level of success. That's But i have found that when i just make some technique a part of my life, that level of success is broadened in unpredictable ways, i.e., other stuff kicks in automatically.

Recently, in Germany, i used my 3-f technique to find a disposable camera. I went w/ my logical mind to the camera shop & they had none. I went to a couple other logically minded shops and they had none either. So i did my 3-f & walked into a shop that had cell phones and NO camera in sight. I asked the man in German if he had a disposable camera and he went into a drawer & pulled one out You know, i almost walked out when i saw no cameras there...i'm so glad i didn't.
