It's been a while since I last PR a book. I was going strong for a while then work got in the way (sucking up a lot of my energy). I was travelling out of town and had my PR course with me (I always bring it in case I am not wiped out so I can PR). Well I didn't feel like PR'ing so I super-read and dipped the natural briliance book. It took about an hour (I know it shouldn't have taken that long). I was S&D'ing as well as rapind reading some sections.

Now it has been about six weeks since I had PR'd the book and I hadn't went back to it. After rapid reading and super reading the book, I had an understanding of the book that rivals when I normal read a book.

My question, is this what PR is all about? Also is it OK to super read some sections then rapid read others? Whatever I did seems to work.

Thanks, Learning Strategies Corp.
