Hi Shinsei

An answer to your question about how will you know when you've got the carrier frequency and pulse right.

Here's a plan...
Go from 200Hz to 100Hz as carrier frequency, 1.5hz as pulse. Step down by 5Hz(carrier frequency) every second day. The day you feel too much(that's what you discern you're feeling - by your measure, no one elses), stop using bwgen for a day. The next two days after that go back up 10Hz.. then down 5hz for the two days after that, test if you can sustain it at that level or go up again in 2hz... until you're pushing yourself as much as you feel you can. Sustain it at that level for a few months. Then drop until you can sustain again.

It's a long process, it can take a couple of years, but know by the time that time comes you'll be walking on air and a long time before that you'll feel like it can't get better.

I don't know the answer to the headphone hertz question?

Plug the headphones into the speaker socket.

Kind Regards.
