AlexK has nailed one very important point. You can't push someone into learning. Without motivation it not impossible but almost.
That's the idea behind having a purpose in PR, give the mind motivation.
Heck it you knew how to install motivation in anyone for anything you wanted done, why you could... gee I'm rambling again.
I AlexK ploy about hyping the books value and providing opportunity is cheesey, but it would probably work with some folks. Find the motivator and you wont be able to help your brother fast enough. However, finding his motivator is harder than teaching him the material.
If you can motivate him, then the seminar is not necessary. If you think the seminar will provid the motivation, you may be right, but you may be saddly disappointed.
