I thank you all for your input and one of the things I can see is that the best/easiest kind of learning is when the person has a 'need','desire', 'aspiration', 'disposition' or as tracy indicates, the attitude of a seeker. To implant this motivation in another is difficult at best. Iam2 alluded to this in his post.

This has got me thinking that there should be several ways that I can approach this, without closing the door on the listener(in this case my little brother). It is only on a scale of which is the best way to approach the subject, since the PRS system itself is an excellent tool for anyone to have and apply.
I have been thinking on what he DOES like to do(ie: He has an Xbox, he likes to ride around on his bike, he likes to find out everything on space and NASA, etc) and generate a list of these meditating on which one(s) I can use to have HIM realize the value of the PRS. I see that it is not a matter of imposing a 'new' learning tool on him, but having him imagine the possiblities if he DID acquire this 'new' learning tool. Letting him know that I am there to 'help' him learn, so as to feel confident in trying something new.
Well, I still need to iron out a few more details before I approach it, but I will purchase the PRS Home course. The youngprer brings up a good point in that, unless we both go together, my brother will likely not benefit/learn the system at the seminar.

I will bring it up this weekend with him. If any further suggestions/comment, I thank you for them before hand.
