I just got the New behavior generator tape and I would like to use it to increase my efficiency. It seems like i have a thousand things i need to do but every day i end up wasting alot of time 'day dreaming'. I lose motivation or get distracted by something else and i end up in a mess of unfinished tasks.
How can i phrase this goal for the reframing side of the tape?
Is it advisable to model a person one sees on television or in a movie?
Should i follow along with the tape and do what Mr. Scheele says, or should i just "let go" and follow the flow?
I realize that automatic pilot would probably accomplish what I'm looking for, but I'd like to see if this method works before spending more $$$.
Thanks in advance.

First come up with an overall goal. The program usually works better when done in the context of a goal; then go for the behavior.

The goal might be to get more accomplished in the day, however, something more specific is advisable.

The behavior could be, procrastination and daydreaming that keep me from accomplishing my goal.

Play with it, and notice the results.

You can. Real life people might generate better results.

Do what Paul says.

I realize that automatic pilot would probably accomplish what I'm looking for, but I'd like to see if this method works before spending more $$$.

Get Around To It would also be good. There are many ways to get to Chicago.
