I already read at close to 8000 wpm...the program says it will triple my reading speed, but will it? My method of reading is already like what I've seen advertised, and I can easily take in entire paragraphs and sometimes even pages of information at once. Does this mean I already know how to PR?

Depends. How do you take in the paragraphs/pages?

wow sounds pretty impressive .. I'm not an authority in this matter, but I'd say buy the book and see what the system has to offer you.
First, if you're not yet using all of your subconscious mind to read it may help you with spontaneous activation, direct learning and the likes.
Second, it's a pretty cool learning system, so you could improve with your learning.

I have been wondering how do you people speed read at 8000 wpm? I guess if you can speed read it will help when u rapid read/dip. I have got no such luxury and have been trying to learn how to speed read. Sigh.

I've had no training in speed reading, only the elementary training that you get in school (I learned when I was 4..).

I'm a person that hates mundane tasks, so I naturally evolved the talent to pull in more information in a quicker time. I look at a paragraph and then immediately hear that paragraph in my head, instantly. Isn't this how PR works?

no, photoreading engages the subconsious to absorb the entire book in a couple of minutes. The rest of the time is spent "activating" the material which makes it available to the rest of the mind.
If you read normally at 8000 wpm, if you can turn the pages faster you can probably increase your speed with photoreading by not reading each page in order.

Do you typically make just one pass through a book?

Out of curiosity, you say you can read at 8k wpm, but what is your comprehension rate after one pass through the book?

Ah yes. Usually people should put down their 98%-100% WPM rate. In which case with me. . .still around 6000.
