Page turning.... try this:

- with the front cover open, put the thumb of your right hand on the bottom left corner of the right hand page.

- slowly drag your thumb from the bottom left corner to the top right corner.

- when your index finger becomes level with the top edge of the page, try peeling it up.

- dragging your thumb causes the page to overlap at the top just enough for your index finger to catch it, peel it up and over, to where you can flip the pages easily.

This is how I've done it since 1992. Works like a charm.
