Hey I was wondering if it is better to photoread a book upside down or right side up if you're new to photoreading. I was told that upside down was better since you won't give your conscious mind a chance to read the words.

For beginners, it may make things easier and do a better job of introducing your mind into that method of procressing information.

But - once experienced, it doesn't matter. In fact, I usually do it both ways.
