My point is both the left and right hemisphere of the brain are capable of dealing with numbers and letters. In the dream state a different part of the brain becomes active. It still takes our logical mind to recognise words and numbers. I think in our dream state we find our logical mind more passive. In a dream where the dreamer recognises words or numbers the dreamer is in high alpha anyway. Isn't it ironic that that is also the brainwave those learning to enter their accelerated learning state are trying to achieve?

It is an interesting topic though considering 60% or more of the population will tell you they never dream.
