Greetings people,
I have been learning how to photo read for the past few days now. Due to the fact that I am teaching myself I am unclear on a few things. I have gone through many strings and looked at many questions and many answers. I have the steps down and I beleive that I have developed the ability to relax myself to the point which is needed to PR. I set my goals and I am able to see the "blip page". My question deals with recalling this stored information. (which seems to be quite a common topic, expressed by many people) I believe that initial exspections were too great, so I cut my PR sessions down to 3-5 minute sessions. I also started setting clearer goals for myself, now I am to the point where I am recieving small fragments of information from my subconsious mind. Is it common to recieve only small bits of information from PRing at first? Another question is, how do you know when you are approaching the theta state. I believe that I am PRing correctly only because I have come down with a slight case of photoreading syndrom, which leaves me slightly lightheaded and very drowsy. My final question is, how long did it take before you were able to cultivate this ablility to the point which allows you to recall information easily? Hmm, I do have one more question, (even though I said the last one was my fianal one) how do you set goals for reading a book for pleasure, such as a fiction novel or a fantasy book?
Thanks
Oh and forgive the slopy gramer and spelling mistakes, I would do a better job except I worn out form a day of mental workout. (learing how to PR)
