Hi Everyone,
Sorry if this thing's been beaten to death already, but I'm new here and I was looking at a bunch of the earlier posts of recording only the "meat" of a paraliminal and making your own CDs (or mp3s). Afterwards, you would loop your new lean and mean paraliminal for an extended amount of time, hopefully getting better results.
Well, the thought intrigued me and I just finished my first recording session. I used the Memory Supercharger and I'm really excited about it. I think this method has a lot of potential.
Many others have also made their own paraliminal using Personal Genius. Well, I just recently ordered it and I'm planning on "skinning" that one too.
Has anyone tried this with other parliminals? I have quite a few of them but I'm not so sure if it would be a good idea or even worthwhile. For example, in Prosperity, the directions state that you should:
1) select an area of your life where you desire to experience more abundance.
2) Think of what you desire to experience, etc, etc.
In essence, only one specific problem is getting solved at a time. Should I answer those questions everytime the tape loops? What if I was distracted and didn't do this at the beginning or just didn't do it at all? Would I not get any benefits or would all areas of my life prosper?
What about a tape like Belief? I don't think that this would be beneficial for this tape.
I would really love to hear anyone's thoughts on this. Especially if you've already done this with other tapes and what kind of result you had. I'd also like to hear which other tapes would be good candidates for this method and why.
I know I have a lot of questions but any input would be appreciated.
Before I forget, I noticed that a lot of people had trouble getting their paraliminals to be in stereo after recording. Originally, I had the same problem and the quality was terrible (lots of noise). At first I thought that it was a problem with Sound Recorder not being able to record in stereo. I checked some settings and sure enough it was set to mono. I changed the settings and I was still having problems. Then I ended up downloading Goldwave which is a really nice sound editing tool and recorded in there, but the problems persisted. After thinking about it for a moment, I decided the problems had something to do with the mic jack on my sound card. Normally, with a microphone, you can't seperate left from right anyway, so perhaps the manufacturer of the card decided not to support stereo in the mic jack (probably very common). I switched my cable to "line in" on my sound card and it came out perfect. No noise (well no more than the original tape has) and it's in stereo. Hopefully your sound card has "line in" or "auxilary" jacks in the back. I hope this helps somewhat.
