Lion,
I'm in the middle of trying to do the same thing you are with one exception. I'm attempting to add binaural beats, a la bwgen, to the megaparaliminals. I ended up downloading Cool Edit 2000 to record to, but it has limited capabilities and a 30 day limit unless you register ($60). I can't find a crack that will work either. So one of my questions to you is, how is Goldwave?
And now for my biggest problem. . . Amplification. I don't know if this is just my sound card or what, but in order to hear my recordings well I have to have the volume on max, even when I play them on Winamp. Does anyone know how to amplify the input or output?
I'll add one more thing. I found a program that may add to our creative range. Its called Internet Audio Mix 1.48 from www.acoustica.com It allows you to mix multiple tracks and record as wave files. Possible uses include adding music or binaural beats to the paraliminals or mixing paraliminals (imagine having personalgenius, memorysupercharge and naturalbrilliance all going at the same time -- might be fun, might be pointless
)
Maybe its because I used my walkman to record from; would it make a difference if I used a stereo? Even my walkman got loud enough for it to destort the recording though. Does anyone have any advice?
