I tried to PhotoFocus yesterday as said in page 47 of the book , but not succeeded.
I've just tried it again ...
well ..I'm really happy with this.. I've got it but can't hold for long.
always less than 30 seconds .
When I tried to see the center of the book , the blip disappear slowly .
If I try to turn over the page , the blip disappear also .
Is it normal?
Do I need to fix it or let it go?

With practice you'll find it holding. Most of us found that it kept disappearing when we started out. Just hold it, turn the page if it disappears just check that you've still got a soft focus and notice the four edges of the book. Let the blip page come back while you're flipping pages. You're doing fine.

The four edges? You mean the four upper edges (looking at the top of both pages), the four lower edges or the four edges looking at just one page?

I've improved my PhotoFocus .
Now I can keep it ( at least at this day) while I turn over the page or blink the eyes.

My questions are ...
Is seeing the blip page = in the PhotoFocus state?

What's the difference between de-focusing and PhotoFocus as mentioned at P.44?

If I can see the blip page , do I need to notice the 4 corners?

Thanks for help.

You don't have to be so careful or exact with photofocus. If I don't see the blip page I usually think about the stuff in the room to my sides, like chairs or whatever. Sometimes if I find myself looking at the words I image stream silently while I flip and that helps a lot. All that matters is that you look at the book without seeing the words, while maintaining a relaxed state.

When you have the book open you'll notice all the outer edged top bottom and sides (the open page top counts as one), using the x techniques you be aware of 'seeing' them as you turn the pages. While seeing the blip page helps a soft focus as if you are looking through the book helps.

If you see the blip page you don't need to concentrate on seeing the 4 edges of the book. One or the other will work fine.
The defocus state is not the same as the hard focus as what we are used to when regular reading. What you really want is to have parallel vision of the page.
