I don't know what I have to do next , so I asked here.

I wanna know how to use the PR system,to know how to start it ....

I think the PR step is very interesting...

Do I have to read the book from page 1 to the end again?

Practice getting into the accelerative learning state... Do the tangerine techniques a couple of times. Experiment with the blip page ... see if you can see the blip.

Then grab a book and use the the 5 steps of the system on the book.
