The more you read the more you know about stuff so yes your IQ score will improve. Although that is not really the point. A number of students have improved their GPA after learning to photoread so it seems fair to say that they improved their IQ. Current research is showing that the mind is a muscle and you need to use it or lose it. If you want to avoid alzheimers in old age you definately want to challenge the mind and reading sure has kept many minds active.
Whether or not your "score" improves with reading ro photoreading you do gain a lot more knowledge from reading than watching TV.
