I have purchased the PR system and I would like to know that if I follow the instructions precisely, no matter what, am I to continue straight through the program until the final tape even if I am not doing as well as I want?
How am I supposed to know that I PRd the book? I follow the activation techniques but I only see some unfamiliar words. Skittering, superreading all of the techniques seems useless. By the time I am finished I would have simply read the entire book and would no longer need to PR it and this would complicate my experience even further.
My level of frustration is cosmic. I can see the blip page and I can focus on the tangerine. Everything else I either cannot do or do not know if I am doing it correctly or at all. I do try to stay positive. My email address is kendallb@pbcc.edu if you can offer any help please contact me.
