hehe i am in the same boat as you. I tried it last night. And im in total frustration. But in the book look on page 124. Apparently it is just some stage we are going through on that road to excellence. And i know what you mean with the rapid read and skittering and everything. When i got upto that part i got all frustrated..(because i thought i had finished then i turned over the page to realise i had a sh1t load more to do. And i didnt understand exactly skittering and rapid, dip.
