UltimateW: am I to continue straight through the program until the final tape even if I am not doing as well as I want?

Yes, i'd say. It would constitute your first layer. Paul says it many times that it's all about layering. I have found that to be very true for everything we learn.

How am I supposed to know that I PRd the book? When you have finished turning all the pages, you are done w/ that step. In time you will be able to sustain the blip page or the X as you turn. Being relaxed & seing all 4 corners is a good start.

. Skittering, superreading all of the techniques seems useless. No, they're not useless, but you may be misunderstanding them somewhat at this time. It's just your first layer-so please do the NOPS that is suggested. Really, just play w/ it.

Trigger words are words that INTEREST you and STIMULATE questions. The more clear questions you ask, the faster it is to find the answers. Then MM out your answers. The MM is valuable to get an overall idea of where you want to go next.

IF you stick w/ it, you can just pick up a book and set a clear purpose: Is this book valuable to me? Then PhR it and if you are nice and relaxed, when you close your eyes at the end, or even during PhRing, you'll get a feeling about whether or not you want to activate the book.

This course is all about empowering your reading habits. You control the material by deciding how much time you want to spend w/ it and quickly deciding how much you want from the book.

I really wish i could convey the power of PhRing. I have the Silva Course which consists of 12 tapes. I remembered something about guilt and the 3 things Jose said were needed to satisfy the releasing of guilt. I had NO idea where i'd heard it & the other day, i could only remember 2 of the 3 things. I said i really want to find this part. Then i just dropped it. I randomly picked out a tape yesterday. Then i was messing w/ it trying to get it to the lecutre side, but my tape deck is sorta broken. I finally decided that i'd just start playing it where it was. YES, i turned it on to the word GUILT & i was exactly at the beginning of where he started to talk about the 3 conditions.

This is PhRing........<<<<< It can extend to countless areas of our lives enriching them endlessly.

Master each step. Don't skip anything till you master the full system. Layer it by listening to the tapes again after you take a break from them. BUT, until you get it down, please don't say: Oh, that step is dumb, i'm not doing it.

Figure this: If Paul Scheele took the time to include all these steps, they must be important and worth learning. Beginners need more steps than those who have fully learned something. WHY? By fully learning something, you learn your style and you find things out. Then you change stuff to suit your style in an intelligent manner that benefits your learning.
