I am having a lot of trouble. I have the PR Home system. I am on the last tape and havent noticed any change. The 3 books I have PR'd i no nothing about them. All i really want to know is when I am photo-reading how much does it affect me if im not completly relaxed. I mean can i still get the idea of the books if im not relaxed.

The first stage does have a decently big impact. But what are you doing for activation?

Getting into the relaxed state is very helpful for photoreading and activation. Tell us how much time you spent activation and what technique you applied. How did it feel when you were ming mapping the photoreading book as Described on the tape?

i have spent the recommended time for activation and when i am mind mapping i have a hard time because i have no knowledge of the imfo. I also find my self when super reading and dipping not dipping enough and getting no info. I dont know what my problem is i mean i spend all the time given and get basically no results. I have tried not to loose hope and decided to take a few days off the program and then go back to it. But while I am photoreading i find my mind wounders to problems of the day and things, and i have a hard time staying with the book, I constently wounder how much longer and every little pain in my body becomes a bother, and i also get frustrated when i go to activate and i know nothing. If u can give any advice it would be great, and im sorry this reply dont make much since.

The activations sessions of 20-30 minutes each can be as many as 6 to 8 sessions (totalling 3 to 4 hours) the first couple of books. This is normal if it take you 10 to 12 hours to understand the book normally. Considering your mind wonders this would be even more likely in your case. Do some more activation sessions. The tape only does one and suggest you 'do more' as you need.

For your wondering mind. Get into the proper state, apply the tangerine method during your activation sessions and set a time limit with a watch or clock. Spend 20 minute on an activation session no more and no less. This short time frame will help your mind to focus.

Ask Questions, look at your trigger words and ask questions about them. That way you can superread looking out for answers. When you see something that looks like an answer to your question... dip, have a closer look, if it doesn't answer a question leave it quickly and go back to superreading.

You may have to spend an hour a day for 3 days to get a good mind map out of a book. This is because you let your mind wander. When you stop your mind from wandering you'll be able to do it in less time. You train it by setting time limits and sticking to them. If you say to yourself you are going to spend 30 minutes with a book then spend 30 minutes not more.
