Okay it wasn't golfing, but a kendama. I was swinging the ball and trying to get the stick in the hole. Then I thought, Tangerine, and Modelling. So I placed the tangerine on and noticed a slight change in my posture and the very next try... clunk in it goes ever so smoothly.

So my question has anyone else tried the tangerine technique for a physical activity, like golfing or darts. I just seems like a natural to me. You want to model idea performance so you go into the proper mental state. Well why not go tangerine before launching trying to get into state? Just some thoughts.
