What am I supposed to make of this?

Paul Scheele says to go find one of your own dictionaries you've read in the past and look up the placement of the word. Most likely, your inner mind gave you a snapshot of a page from one of your other dictionaries. Cool, huh?

I tried listening to the memory supercharger last night. I was awake for a while, and then I found myself just waking up as the tape was about to end and Paul's voice was coming to a close. Is that normal? When should I start to state my purposes, if I keep falling asleep after he talks?

You get the same benefit, as long as you set your intention to receive full benefit regardless of falling asleep.

Also, going through tape 1B and the photoreading step, Paul's relaxation techniques calmed me down, but also made my eyes pretty drowsy.

Drink plenty of fresh water while going through the course. That should help quite a bit.
