Image streaming is taught in the Genius Code course and in the book the Einstein Factor. It is a method by which we can probe the inner mind for information and can be applied to activation of our reading material to gain a visual interperation of the material. You sit back close your eyes and decribe the images that come to your minds eye. To get a really good guided tour of the how to of the image streaming process and other mind probing techniques I highly recommend the Genius Code course.
I have mentioned the "third eye" before without going into any detail about it because of it's esoteric allusions. However since you've asked I'll gladly explain. The third eye is about 1/2 inch above the eyebrows over the bridge of the nose. When you take your mental awareness to that point you are able to develop or notice fleeting visual images your inner sight. The dreams that you have at night occur at this point. To test the location of your own inner eye, do this. Look at something that you can easily recall with your eyes closed. If you are already a good visualiser then just imagine it. Close your eyes and keep projecting that image out in front of you. Then with your eyes closed point to that image then draw your finger slowly to the point where you see that image. Most people who are good at recalling a visual image will point to a location somewhere between their eyes. There is a gland that is associated with the third eye seated about there.
By deliberately focusing through that point away from your body you trigger the inner mind to tell you what it knows by providing visual information. So if you want to activate a book and you want to see what images come up for you draw your attention to your third eye area and look outward from your forehead and see what happens.
This technique is highly effective if you are a visual person. Like the VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesic) models of NLP that connect with the conscious thinking process, there is a VAKL (visual, auditory, kinesic and Lightning - my interpetation of that location) focus point for connecting to your inner mind.
