Sometimes infomercials sell good products, sometimes they don't. Almost any kitchen gadget on TV isn't so hot, but I had GREAT results from the Total Gym, and that Miracle Thaw thing actually works, albeit kind of annoying. The George Foreman grill is EXCELLENT, although cheaper versions of the same idea are on sale as well.

The photoreading system is a great buy, but I should warn you of a couple things:

1) You aren't READING at 25,000 wpm. You are PHOTOreading. After the couple minutes you spend photoreading the book (about 5 minutes), the rest of the time is spent ACTIVATING the book, which should take about 1/3 of the time you would have normally spent. This means a book that would have taken you 10 hours should take about 3, BUT it won't take you 5 minutes as you might think.
2) It takes time to learn, just like any skill. You'll get better with practice.
3) GET THE NEWS VIDEO. It's terrific, unbiased, and is very convincing. Best of all, it's FREE! . You can have the video sent to you here: http://www.learningstrategies.com/PhotoReading/Video.html (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).
