As Ramon has said I do not work for LSC... If you look at my profile (click on the glasses) you'll see that I am located in Australia whereas LSC is based in America. Also you'll notice that my email address is there because I do avail myself to answer any questions folks might have since not everyone feels comfortable posting questions on the forum.
I've never seen the infomercial that you've referred to. 
(Are they really a bad sign?)If as you say "that is never a good sign", you seem to be saying you've already made up your mind that the course is no good?

You'll find the moderators providing gems of insight when the rest of the forum seems to be stumped in answering a question. Even providing us with personal insights from their personal experience with the courses provided by LSC from time to time.
