I love reading upside down... My brother has now got landslide insurance on his property. The council wouldn't confirm that the building next door is meeting building codes. Issues were raised whether the neighbours put in a proper foundation. We were talking to the building inspector and asked whether they have confirmed about the foundation. He said it was passed and that was on the documentation in the office... He flipped the docs to make a note and on that page upside down I read that council has not seen the foundation and not received a satisfactory explaination why building work proceeded without inspection. This was before I learnt to photoread.
So far the house has only shifted 2 feet in the last 18 months.
