PhR a few books to get a feel for the technique.

Then get a short book on a subject that interests you. Make it a short book that intrigues you personally & then PhR it & activate it. It really helps to activate books that interest you.

The Natural Brilliance book and the Hunt book if that's still in the course, are not activating material for a 15 yr old.

Once you have activated an easy book that interests you, you get to see how the system works & it's a lot of fun to see that. Then you move to more challenging material later after you know your style.
