Hello,

I have raised the tempo on my photoreading lately. Now, Im going through 4-5 books a day. These are HARD books too (Oracle and other database stuff).

I am now getting EXTREME sugar cravings at the bookstore. I MUST have that brownie/pie/candy bar/etc. Before when I was doing 1-2 books.. I was OK.

Sounds like the brain wants more oxygen and blood to process all this information and sugar becomes a quick fix.

Drink plenty of water to keep the brain hydrated and chew gum while photoreading. The information here might explain how chewing gum could help..
