It appears as computer gibberish on my screen. You might reply to this thread again stating the language in english, even the country of origin in english. Since even if someone knew your native language their computer might not have the computer FONT loaded for it.

Also I would think that photoreading a lot of books and articles in your native language initially and as a regular part of your life to some degree would be of some help. If materials are few. Maybe do some web searches for web sites. www.copernic.com has a free version mega search engine program, (it is called the basic Version,) you can download. I have used it to find materials for multilingual friends.

The words come out fine when the encoding's changed to 'Traditional Chinese (Big5)'.

852,
If you can see the blip page but the rest of the page is blurred, that is normal, especially at the beginning of learning to photoread. Hope that helps.

How long to train?

Do it in layers. Go thru the course once & then take a break from it.

Then go thru the course again stopping to learn each step. Take another break.

Practice the PhRing technique daily.

When you feel up to it, activate a book that is fairly easy and 200 pages or less.

It took me 3 months or so to really learn and practice all the steps. It took me longer to get really comfortable w/ the system. The reason i stuck w/ it was because i noticed other, very helpful, things about the course while i was learning it.

I had never really practiced learning in layers....consciously. It's the way we all learn, but when we know this, learning becomes less of a burden if we don't expect to get it the first couple times.
