Be sure to use this df for all your questions. Read the book thru and put it down for a couple days.
Then start w/ one part at a time. Like learn the PREPARE step. By this i mean you have to be able to say out loud what the PREPARE step is and how to do it without using the book for hints. Next, be sure to practice it so that it's really easy to remember to do and it feels just right to you.
Then move on to the next step. I hope you do learn it because you are the first teenage girl to try--i think. There are very few teenage girls out there interested in PhRing. So, you're unique & i'm sure all these teenage boys here will be dying to help you. These guys are amazing.
