I'm new to Photoreading and I was wondering if it is alright to sound the words in my mind while I super read or when using skittering. Any suggestions?

that is also a form of subvocalization, after a while you will learn to get rid of it. Subvocalizing slows you down to the speed at which language is pronounced and not to the speed at which the brain can actually process it

that question is not easily ansered for me, so I will suggest some reading (regular reading, since you would need to understand this to activate the book)

Read Tony Buzans "Speed Reading"
