I've been drinking at least 15 glasses of water a day ever since I started PRing... Is that normal? I've been PRing practically everything I read, even if I don't have the chance to wait before activation, maybe that has somethign to do with it?
The strange thing is, I feel really healthy and alert, I haven't been eating much, and my reaction time for things in general has skyrocketed.

Anyone else drinking tons? How bout a clue as to how much we're all drinking, it'd be interesting to compare.

15 is too much water

There's a formula in the Brain Gym teacher's edition. I'll get it for you. Only thing i recall is that for approx. 135 lbs, one should be drinking 6 glasses of water a day. (8 oz.)

I drink around that unless it's real hot. I do all the stuff mentioned in the course/book but haven't really attempted to analyze anything other than my end results. I'm figuring it's cumulative.

I drink 2 gallons a day and more on hot days or on days I work out. "6-8 glasses" of water a day wouldn't even equal 1 gallon and there's no way I could even function on that. My record is 5 gallons of water in one 8 hour period. It was a hot day and I chugged and sweated out an entire Culligan water jug.

Water really can't be the cure all they say it is because my grand parents drank coffee all day and beer all night and they died in their late 70's and 80's. They had to massively dehydrated their whole lives.

If you're chugging water and not eating much it sounds like your on that diet that Andy told us about a while ago- the warrior diet. I've been doing that for a while and it's kinda like taking the red matrix pill, you can't go back.
