Perhaps the quotation is alluding to the idea that a "master" knows that one's tools are already inherent in us; that the search is the individual's pursuit to develop those skills and bring them out. Doesn't Paul Scheele mention something how PR isn't teaching you how to read, or even to understand information at exceedingly fast speeds-those are abilities we aleady have inside us. We must just learn how to temper such capable feats.
