On the tapes Paul guides you through the process of making a mind map. The book has a couple of samples and there is some information on mind maps on the web. If you just want to learn mind mapping the the best book to buy would be The Mind Map Book By Tony Buzan Alex

Ok, just received the book. 3rd edition, so I am up to date. Any advice for starting?

Never beat yourself up about PR. Play with it and have fun exploring. Affirmations help so does relaxation techniques.
