Congratulations, and good luck with the rest of learning the system! It's very good that you have had success with the dictionary game the first time around. It's always good to have confidence boosters like that. For me, it was the tangerine technique that really pulled me into this system.
And as for being able to easily keep the blip page:it doesn't make you better or worse, but it is simply just a way of knowing you're maintaining a divergent gaze. The X technique works just as well, and often times for something like a computer screen it's as simple as getting a center point and then looking at the outer space of the point to maintain divergence. (Without moving your eyes, of course.)
I hope you end up loving the system as much as many of us do.
