tedrod,

The way I look at this whole thing is that God loaned us the physical body to use while on this planet. He has also given us alot of tools for our use (including NLP). Good or evil depends on how those tools are used.

Our lives are nothing but thoughts. Before you can do anything, no matter how simple or complex, it has to be preceeded by thoughts. If you don't like the quality of an action, you have to change the quality of your thoughts first. With NLP you are able to do this comparitively easily. Just choose an area of your life in which you you want to improve, and change your behaviour by changing your thought processes.

Most of the thoughts you are trying to change are deep seated and usually located in your subconscious (or other-than-conscious) mind. These are usually difficult to change through your conscious mind. NLP allows you to access these thoughts easily to allow for rapid changes. I see nothing wrong with this if used in a positive manner.

As with everything in your life, you are always in control of everything through the choices you make. If you are unhappy with the results of what you are trying to do you have to change your thoughts for the better first.
The only catch is that you have to give some effort to the whole process and use NOPS to get where you want to go.

I think it's wonderful to be able to easily change the deep seated programming of my thoughts in order to improve any area of my life i want to. What a wonderful gift!!!

Sincerely,
Gregory
